Collection of Food and Drink Recipes Indonesia - Urap Urap

Material :
50 grams of watercress
50 grams of cassava leaves
100 grams of beans
100 grams cabbage
100 grams of sprouts
1 / 2 coconuts (from 1 piece)

*vegetables can be changed according to taste

Seasoning :
9 red onions
4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons shrimp paste
4 tablespoons tamarind water
2 pieces of red chilli
2 segment kencur finger
salt to taste
brown sugar to taste

* Seasoning can be reduced or added according to taste

How to Make :
1. Vegetables in clean and cut into pieces, then cooked until boiling. after that the water is drained
2. Puree onion, garlic, red pepper, and galingale. after a smooth paste and add water enter acid
3. Grated coconut and mix with the spice paste. how to mix it by hand for seasoning is really uneven.
4. Coconut and spices that are mixed ready to be steamed (according to taste)
5. Mixed with shredded coconut that has been steamed with vegetables that have been drained
